Finally, using the Flocking Process, tiny fluff fibers are adhered to the surface of the fiberglass blank. This flocking technology creates a long and fluffy hair effect on the monster image.

The combination of precise 3D printed fiberglass blanks and meticulous flocking application can produce high-quality plush monster images that perfectly transform the original 2D concept into a 3-dimensional form.
